Where we live
We're living in a small village called Heelsum (population 3.800) in the province of Gelderland, located in the central-eastern part of the Netherlands. The Netherlands (literally translated as "The Low-lands") is bordered to the east by Germany and to the south by Belgium. The North Sea is to the west and north. Heelsum is within walking distance from the Lower-Rhine river and in 30 minutes driving distance to the Netherlands' oldest and largest national park, called "De Hoge Veluwe".
